The collaborative workspace
Workmos is one shared workspace for your team’s chat, notes, tasks, and bookmarks — with every workspace fully isolated, right down to its own database schema.
No password — sign in with a one-time link.
Four tools, one surface
Not four apps bolted together with a shared login — one workspace where the conversation, the document it produces, the link that started it, and the work it turns into all live side by side.
Channels for every topic, with threads, @mentions, reactions, and read state that keeps up. Messages land the instant they are sent.
A real block editor with live multiplayer cursors. Two people can write the same page at once and never clobber a word — it saves as you type.
Paste a link and Workmos pulls in the title, description, and preview. Every workspace keeps its own shared, searchable library.
Plan the work on a board or a list, and drag cards across Backlog, Todo, In Progress and Done. Each task carries an assignee, due date, priority and its own comment thread.
Built in, not bolted on
Chat, notes, sidebars and unread counts update live over one stream. No refresh, no stale state.
One bell catches every mention and reply. Send the ones that matter to your inbox, leave the rest in the app.
Nothing to forget or leak. Every sign-in is a one-time link sent to your email.
Invite with a shareable link, set admin, editor or viewer, and revoke access the moment someone leaves.
Jump to any channel, note or teammate from anywhere with a single keystroke.
A calm, paper-inspired interface that follows your system and stays legible — contrast-audited in both themes.
Multi-tenant by design
Most apps keep tenants apart with a column and a WHERE clause. Workmos gives each workspace its own Postgres schema — its own tables for notes, tasks, bookmarks, channels and messages. A query scoped to one workspace physically cannot name another’s data.
schema ws_9f3c2a1b…
schema ws_4d81e70c…
Schema names derive from the workspace id — stable, and impossible to guess your way across.
Spin up a workspace in seconds, invite the team with a link, and start talking. There is nothing to install and no password to set.
